Quality Management
Our quality system has been set up in a transparent way. A state-of-the-art CAQ-system (Babtec) has been installed as a support. We are familiar with the key QM-tools: Initial Sample presentation (i.e. VDA / AIAG) – FMEA – QM plan – 8D Report
We operate the following specific measuring and test equipment: CNC-controlled 3D coordinate measuring machine, optical 3D scanner, 2D measuring projector, and contour measuring device
Environment
Conservation of the environment means assuming responsibility. We at Manz accept our responsibility.
We use products, which are ecologically desirable. We make the best possible use of the materials we process. This includes both process optimisation and waste disposal in accordance with regulations.
